Choosing the best school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Lake Hills Montessori is more than just child-care or a day-care, we are a private school that offers a challenging and rewarding academic program that meets the specific needs of young children from pre-school through kindergarten.

We understand that you want to make a choice that will prepare your child for the next step in their lives. Our school offers an education that meets the specific needs of young children, and through the Montessori philosophy, helps them develop ways of thinking and solving problems that will stay with them through time.

About Us ▸

Loved by Students, Trusted by Parents.

But don’t take our word for it! Here are some things people have to say about us.

Nothing but praise for LHM and it's staff. When moving to the US from Spain, they received our two girls with open arms and made them feel right at home. During the following years that our three kids spent at LHM, they were taught valuable lessons about respect, self-worth, and independence. Qualities that I observe in them on a daily basis, even now after having moved back to our home country. I am so grateful that my children were able to have the experience of attending this wonderful school. It has proved to be such a wonderful basis for their further personal growth.

We've had our kids at Lake Hills Montessori for the last 5 years.  Both of our kids have had wonderful experiences, and we are so happy to have found LHM. The teachers have been caring, nurturing, and patient with our children; they have helped instill a sense of confidence, leadership, and a love of learning in each of them through the Montessori Method, and the classroom environment is so refreshing compared to other pre-school methods. The outdoor playground and organic garden are also amazing.  Our kids always talk about the nature discoveries they have made on the playground and the work they get to do in the garden. We love Lake Hills and are sad when our children finish their Kindergarten year and must move on to first grade; we'd love to keep them there forever if we could!

We have had our oldest daughter at LHM for 2.5 years. She has blossomed in their care. Others are often impressed by her levels of competence, confidence, and independence, which are all fostered by the excellent Montessori environment. Her current teacher has been particularly effective with her, and we are very excited that she has the opportunity to spend her kindergarten year as one of the leaders in the same room.

Her younger brother joined the Young Primary classroom last September and has loved every day at school since. We're looking forward to his three-year stint in the Primary classroom starting shortly.
